Today, I visited the workplace. I folded some bags. I packed them into boxes. Then I sealed the boxes and put them into larger boxes. Here's the way it all works:
20 bags go into one smaller box.
Eight smaller boxes go into one larger box.
These larger boxes are contained in the "factory."
Then, they are shipped off to some hungry consumer, most likely some sort of medical institution.
My wages are decided by the number of smaller boxes I complete.
I am Faceless.

Faceless, I think, is just a sense of dissatisfaction.
That's alright, it's just a job that you hold to make money. To make the money to keep your college existence, and life existence a reality. A reality worth living.
This is great.

Sweet! Percy, this is Allysa.
Ha! I just found you and then realized you left me a comment. And yes, I work at Abercrombie but thankfully its only seasonal because I do not like retail at all and will not do it again. Breaks great, minus lots of travel. Yours? Winter session for you?
Hey Allysa, good to see you on Blogger! I will become a faithful reader of your blog.
Yeah, retail is a bitch. I had enough of it myself but I may eventually have to return this summer when I need to work some serious hours in order to save up for an apartment.
This break, I just got my wisdom teeth pulled out, as this blog has documented very well. Other than that, a whole lot of nothing. So you haven't traveled this break or you have?
